Your purchase
Prism costs $79 USD and includes the theme, companion plugin, fourteen starter sites, documentation, optional child theme, and one year of update and technical-support coverage. A purchase provides one production-site activation and one associated staging activation.
Hosting, a domain, and separately installed provider plugins are not included. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Source code retains its supplied GPL-2.0-or-later license; third-party assets retain their own supplied licenses.
Updates and renewals
Coverage begins when payment succeeds. Optional renewal costs $39 USD for another 12 months. We do not automatically renew or charge your payment method.
An early renewal extends your current coverage; renewal after expiry begins at the new payment date. Each payment covers the current stable release and releases published during that coverage period. Covered downloads remain available after expiry, and your installed site keeps working.
Seven-day guarantee
Request a full refund of a purchase or renewal within seven days of its payment by opening a billing ticket or emailing [email protected]. The time we receive the request determines eligibility. Our team processes refunds through Stripe.
Refunding a renewal removes that renewal’s additional coverage. Refunding an original purchase revokes that purchase’s download, activation, and support access. Refunds do not remotely disable an installed website. This policy does not limit mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
Support
Technical support covers setup and Prism-related issues while coverage is active. We continue already-open conversations after expiry. Billing assistance remains available. Custom development, hosting administration, and unrelated third-party products are not included.
