What comes with Prism?+
The Prism WordPress theme, Prism Core companion plugin, all fourteen starter sites, 127 patterns (including 64 full-page patterns), an optional child theme, source files, and documentation. Your purchase includes one year of updates and technical support for one production-site activation and its staging site.
Do I need to know how to code?+
Everyday changes happen visually in the WordPress Site Editor and the Prism dashboard. Change your colors and typography, replace content, and assemble sections without writing code. You will need WordPress hosting and a domain, purchased separately.
Can I mix sections from different demos?+
Yes. Sections share the same design tokens, so they adopt your site’s colors and typography. Start with the demo closest to your business, then bring in sections from the rest of the library.
What happens after the first year?+
Your website keeps working. You keep access to releases covered by your purchase. Renew manually for $39 when you want another year of new updates and technical support. There is no automatic renewal charge.
Are forms and bookings included?+
Prism includes layouts and adapters for compatible providers. Contact Form 7 and Flamingo handle contact forms; Simply Schedule Appointments Basic and Restaurant Reservations provide booking workflows. Install and configure these plugins separately. Gym timetables and pricing sections do not process memberships or group bookings.
What if Prism is not right for me?+
Contact [email protected] within seven days of your purchase or renewal to request a full refund. We process requests through support. Refunds revoke purchase-related downloads and support access; they do not remotely disable an installed website.
What does my website need?+
WordPress 6.7 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer. Native update activation supports single-site WordPress; manual package downloads remain available for multisite installations.
